Cruises
Morning, Afternoon, or Evening Cruise: $70 per passenger, Carolina Gale
Cruises are for about 2 ½ to three hours. They may be on the ocean, river and/or waterway,
depending on wind and tide.

Eco-tours: $50 per adult passenger, $30 per child accompanied by an adult
These short and spectacular, family-friendly tours are 1½ hours duration. Mainsail or "bare poles"
only.
Number of Passengers: A minimum of three passengers or equivalent fare is needed to schedule a
cruise on Carolina Gale. We try to match up individuals and couples to make an enjoyable sail.
Bald Head Island pick up and drop off: add $75 per event (passengers to share cost).

Extra crew
We take along well qualified crew members to help make your cruise or class comfortable
and enjoyable.
Team Training and Special Events
Rates for team training and special events
are negotiable. Contact us to discuss your goals.
Overnight Cruises
Longer trips may be arranged for persons who have had a positive experience on a day sail with us.
Seasonal rates apply.
Classes
Instruction (Rates are for individuals. All classes except Coastal Navigation (a prerequisite of
Advanced Coastal Cruising) must be taken sequentially.)
Introduction to Sailing (IS): $75
Basic Keelboat (BK): $400
Basic Coastal Cruising (BCC): $450
Bareboat Chartering (BBC): $525 (if more than two students, discount for couples who share a cabin)
Coastal Navigation: Self study; $100 exam fee plus $35 per hour charge for tutoring/instruction.
Advanced Coastal Cruising (Off-shore Passage Making:) $500
$35 per hour for instruction on your own boat
Sailboat Sleepovers (available only to our cruising guests or sailing students)
$100 for master cabin, on Carolina Gale
$50 for each additional quarter queen berth on Carolina Gale
$25 for setee berth in the saloon.
Accommodations only. Several good restaurants are within walking distance, or we will provision the
boat for an extra fee.
Discounts on sleepovers may be offered off season if one stays more than one night.
Prices are for sleeping on the boat while docked by Fishy Fishy Café.
Booking
Contact us to determine the best plan for you and an available date. We will send you a booking form.
To reserve a cruise or class, please send us a check for 50% of the class cost or a $100 deposit for
a cruise, along with the booking form, and pay the balance by cash or check on the day of the sail. If
you prefer to pay for your adventure or a gift certificate by a major credit card or PayPal, you may do so
by clicking on the button below, and filling in the total amount due. There is a $15 fee for refunds
given for PayPal transactions made more than a month in advance of a cancelled sail.
